The Carsona Standard

Every cover begins as a blank. Then engineered to the millimetre specifications of your car's seat geometry.

How Every Cover Is Made

Step 1 — Pattern
Cut to your car

We begin with a precision cut-pattern specific to your car's make, model, variant, and year. Not adapted from a generic template — built from scratch for your exact seat dimensions.

Step 2 — Material
Selected and stitched

Your chosen material — nappa leather, diamond-quilted fabric, or perforated leather — is cut using the pattern. Every panel is checked against tolerances before stitching begins.

Step 3 — Installation
Fitted at your door

Our trained specialist arrives at your residence. The cover is fitted panel by panel, tucked, secured, and inspected. We do not leave until the finish meets the Carsona standard.

Why Custom-Fit Is Not Universal-Fit

A universal-fit cover relies on elastic bands and straps to approximate the shape of your seat. Over time it slips, bunches, and exposes the original upholstery. A Carsona cover is cut to your seat's exact bolster curve, headrest height, and seatbelt slot position — so it sits flush, holds its shape, and looks factory-fitted.

Materials We Select For

Nappa leather

Full-grain synthetic nappa. Soft, abrasion-resistant, and cool to the touch even at 40°C.

Diamond-quilted fabric

Automotive-grade performance fabric with diamond-stitch pattern. Hard-wearing, breathable, and visually precise.

Perforated leather

Ventilated panels for Delhi summers. Airflow through the seat surface without compromising the finish.
